K-9 Fraya, a Belgian Malinois, loyally supports Catoosa County deputies and partnering agencies with highly specialized abilities that include finding narcotics and people. She began her tour of duty in 2020 after K-9 Storm was retired.
Fraya’s handler, Deputy Tony Penson, continues to build on more than 120 hours of initial training with weekly training and exercises with partnering agencies. Fraya will continue Storm’s legacy of service including support of area law enforcement, capturing offenders and making community presentations.
