Inmate Mail

Inmates may send and receive mail while at the Catoosa County Jail. All non-legal incoming and outgoing mail shall be on a 5 X 7 postcard. Any mail received that does not conform to these standards will be placed in the inmate’s property. Mail is usually delivered within 24 hours of receipt.

Mail containing items such as metal clasps, staples, tape, stickers, etc. will not be delivered. This includes the envelope and/or contents. Any item sold at commissary cannot be mailed into an inmate.
